Lütfen SoleMate uygulamasını ("Hizmet") kullanmadan önce bu Kullanım Koşullarını ("Şartlar") dikkatlice okuyunuz. Hizmete erişerek veya kullanarak bu Şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
1. Hizmetin Kullanımı
Hizmeti sadece yasal amaçlar için ve bu Şartlara uygun olarak kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Aşağıdaki davranışlar kesinlikle yasaktır:
- Yasa dışı, zararlı, tehditkar, hakaret içeren veya müstehcen içerik paylaşmak.
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini tehlikeye atmak veya tersine mühendislik yapmak.
- Başka bir kullanıcının hesabına izinsiz erişmek.
2. Hesaplar
Bir hesap oluştururken bize doğru, eksiksiz ve güncel bilgi sağlamalısınız. Şifrenizin güvenliğini korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızda gerçekleşen tüm aktivitelerden siz sorumlu olursunuz.
3. Premium Abonelikler
Hizmetin bazı bölümleri ("Premium") ücretli abonelik gerektirir:
- Faturalandırma: Abonelik ücretleri, satın alma onayı ile iTunes veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
- Otomatik Yenileme: Abonelik süresi bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- İptal ve İade: Aboneliğinizi cihazınızın mağaza ayarlarından istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. İadeler Apple veya Google'ın politikalarına göre işlenir.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Hizmet ve orijinal içeriği (özellikler, işlevsellik, tasarım), SoleMate ve lisans verenlerinin mülkiyetindedir ve telif hakkı yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
5. Fesih
Hizmet Şartlarını ihlal etmeniz durumunda, önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımızı saklı tutarız.
6. Sorumluluk Reddi
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulmaktadır. SoleMate, hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama içindeki AI tavsiyeleri (Cupid AI) sadece eğlence ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; profesyonel psikolojik danışmanlık yerine geçmez.
7. Değişiklikler
Bu Şartları dilediğimiz zaman değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulamamız üzerinden bildirmeye çalışacağız. Değişikliklerden sonra Hizmeti kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the SoleMate application ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content.
- Compromising the security of the application or reverse engineering it.
- Accessing another user's account without permission.
2. Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service ("Premium") require a paid subscription:
- Billing: Subscription fees are charged to your iTunes or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device's store settings. Refunds are processed according to Apple's or Google's policies.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (features, functionality, design) are and will remain the exclusive property of SoleMate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright laws.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SoleMate makes no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI recommendations within the app (Cupid AI) are for entertainment and informational purposes only; they do not replace professional psychological counseling.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide notice of significant changes through our application. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
